XMUD Wholesale — Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All wholesale orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. XMUD is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
Shipping Origin
XMUD fulfills all domestic US wholesale orders from our network of warehouses located across the United States. Orders will ship from the warehouse nearest to your delivery address to ensure the fastest possible transit time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination. The applicable rate will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Orders of 10 cases or more qualify for free shipping. For large or multi-case orders, feel free to contact our wholesale team at info@xmud.com before placing your order.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. XMUD is not liable for carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Carriers
We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on order size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is at XMUD's discretion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@xmud.com with your order number.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at info@xmud.com within 20 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 20 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Once the claim is reviewed and the damage is confirmed to be our responsibility, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
For lost shipments, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution timelines vary by carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, XMUD's US warehouse network fulfills domestic US orders only. International wholesale inquiries should be directed to info@xmud.com for custom shipping arrangements.
