MAP, MSRP & Online Dealer Policy
- Retailer websites and online stores
- Social media posts, stories, or promotions
- Email newsletters or digital flyers
- Printed advertisements, signage, or in-store promotions visible outside the store
- Third-party marketplace listings (where permitted)
MAP does not restrict the actual in-store transaction price. Retailers may sell XMUD products at any price in a face-to-face transaction. MAP governs advertised prices only.

- MSRP is a suggestion, not a requirement. Retailers may price above MSRP at their discretion.
- Retailers may not advertise below MAP，regardless of their chosen retail price.
- Pricing above MSRP is permitted but may negatively impact sell-through rates.
Please note that the MAP price above is for illustrative purposes only and does not reflect actual product pricing. Wholesale accounts will receive official MSRP and MAP details upon approval. We kindly ask that all retailers adhere to the pricing guidelines provided to maintain consistent brand positioning across all channels.
Retailers with an approved brick-and-mortar location may also sell through their own branded website, provided that:
- All advertised prices comply with XMUD's MAP policy
- Product listings use accurate descriptions and XMUD-approved imagery
- The retailer's website clearly identifies itself as an authorized XMUD retailer
- No unauthorized bundle pricing, multi-pack discounts, or BOGO offers are advertised below effective MAP per unit
- Listing or selling on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or any third-party marketplace
- Operating as an online-only dealer without a qualifying physical retail location
- Advertising XMUD products below MAP ($8.99) on any public platform
- Using unauthorized product images, descriptions, or branding materials
- Selling XMUD products to other resellers or unauthorized third parties
XMUD does not authorize the sale of its products by any unapproved party. To report unauthorized sellers, contact info@xmud.com.
XMUD reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Authorized retailers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued purchase of XMUD wholesale products constitutes acceptance of the then-current policy.
