Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details and current carrier rates. The exact amount will be shown before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprise charges at the end.

Return Policy
We stand behind our products. If you receive damaged or defective items, please follow the process below.
- All claims must be submitted within 20 days of receiving your shipment
- Prior written approval is required before returning any merchandise
- Items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition
- Defective products reported more than 6 months after purchase are not eligible for credit

1 case at standard wholesale pricing. Pricing scales with volume, and every tier is visible on the site once your wholesale account is approved.
How do I see wholesale pricing?
Reach out to us directly. Once your wholesale account is approved, wholesale and retail pricing is visible right on the site — no separate price list needed, and you can place sample orders directly on the website.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders — U.S. delivery
In-stock orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. For orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse to U.S. addresses, estimated delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Bulk orders and other destinations
For bulk orders or delivery outside the United States, please contact our team to confirm the shipping origin, shipping costs, and estimated processing and delivery times before placing your order.
Preorder items
The standard processing and delivery timelines above do not apply to preorder items. Please refer to the estimated availability date on the relevant product page. Availability dates are estimates, not guaranteed shipping or delivery dates.
Mixed orders
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, please contact our team to confirm the fulfillment schedule and whether the items will ship together or separately.
Is there a discount for larger orders?
Yes — ordering more cases unlocks free shipping and additional per-unit discounts. Exact thresholds are visible on the site once your wholesale account is approved.
How does payment work?
Full payment is required upfront before an order ships. Once your account is approved, you'll confirm your order and complete payment before it goes into dispatch.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you can place your first order right away.
Can I return or exchange defective product?
Yes. Claims must be submitted within 20 days of delivery with prior written approval — contact your wholesale team with your order number and a description of the issue.
Why do I see your products listed on other marketplaces?
Going forward, our only direct-to-consumer channel will be our official Amazon store, where we strictly enforce our brand pricing policy. Listings on Walmart are being phased out. None of this affects our offline distributors and retail partners — your supply and pricing terms stay the same.
