Requirements
- No online-only or mobile boutiques. We do not open accounts for online-only or mobile boutique dealers.
- No third-party marketplaces. Retailers may not sell products on third-party sites (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- International customers — contact us directly for wholesale inquiries

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details and current carrier rates. The exact amount will be shown before you complete your purchase, so there are no surprise charges at the end.
Processing & delivery
All orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles — local pickup available. Orders are processed within 2 business days, with delivery in 7–14 business days. Restock orders are prioritized.

Return Policy
We stand behind our products. If you receive damaged or defective items, please follow the process below.
- All claims must be submitted within 20 days of receiving your shipment
- Prior written approval is required before returning any merchandise
- Items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition
- Defective products reported more than 6 months after purchase are not eligible for credit
